Impacts to the Skin and How to Prevent It
It’s no secret that each birthday has a different meaning after you hit your thirties. When we’re young we look forward to turning 16, 21, 25 and maybe even 30. 1. Sun Damage. We all love sunny days but it does a number on our skin. The number one mistake most women make is not including sunscreen in their routine. After a moisturizer, don’t forget an SPF of 15 or greater. Don’t worry, the protection is still effective even after you put on your make-up.
2. Stress. Life seemed so much simpler when we were young. With age comes more responsibility — families, careers, mortgages and much, much, more. This often leads to less sleep and less time for self-care, directly impacting your skin. So remember to get more restful nights in, stay hydrated and take some time for yourself.
