Portobello Mushroom Burger
If you didn’t know this was a mushroom, instead of a burger, you’d be amazed that they taste much like the same thing! Except this recipe’s much healthier for you!

We already gave you some ideas on how to prepare some delicious desserts using our Organic Ganoderma Lucidum. Now we want to share with you three delectable meals you can make with other mushrooms. The following recipes are made with mushrooms that share some of its best properties with our Ganoderma. They are rich in fiber, vitamin B, vitamin D, and selenium, keeping your diet healthy so you can keep on beating the X Challenge!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 portobello mushroom
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 T. olive oil
- Oregano, garlic powder, salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1 oz. provolone cheese
- Burger bun 0f your choice
Directions:
- Cut bell pepper into slices & separate the cap from the rest of the mushroom.
- Pour the balsamic vinegar in a shallow dish & add spices (to taste). Soak in the mushroom cap & pepper slices for 10 minutes.
- Grill mushroom & pepper slices with olive oil, marinating it with the balsamic vinegar mixture. Top the mushroom with the cheese & let it melt.
- Remove the mushroom & peppers when tender. Then put it in the burger bun.
