ORGANO™ Banana-Ganoderma Loaf
Grandma’s banana bread recipe has nothing on this one! It’s wholesome & hearty so it’ll refuel you throughout your day!
You know all our products are enriched with Ganoderma. The King of Herbs is a great source of antioxidants, that keeps your system protected against the oxidative damage of free radicals. But, wouldn’t it be great if you could have this antioxidant protection in every meal?! Well, another amazing characteristic about our mushroom is that it has no flavor or aroma and, whether it’s hot or cold, it doesn’t lose any of its health-boosting properties.
Ingredients:
- 2 capsules Organic Spore Powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cups mashed bananas
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F & grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Empty the content of two capsules of Spore Powder in a bowl. Combine with flour, baking soda & salt.
- In a different bowl, mix the butter & brown sugar until you get a creamy mix.
- Beat the two eggs & add them to the butter mixture. Add the mashed bananas.
- Pour the banana mixture into the flour mixture & mix.
- Pour batter into pan & bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean of the loaf.
- Let cool for about an hour.
